Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday, July 17, 2012 Carolina Tire 2132 Indian Road West Palm Beach, FL 33409 I have been very unhappy regarding your integrity on resent inspections and work you have done. I am stating my displeasure and giving you a chance to make it right. A month or so before you replaced our Engine and Radiator for $ 3,200.00 Emmie had brought you the car to check for overheating. A layman could have seen that the radiator was very clogged and needed attention; however your company returned the car and told us it would not overheat. On my next trip to Miami, I was plagued with overheating, Every time I stopped, Waited for radiator to cool and added more water. I had to have car towed to you as it was apparent nothing I could do would stop the overheating. I called the next day and requested the radiator be flushed as I had been opening and could see it was in bad shape. I also asked you to change the thermostat. At that point I was told the head gasket was blown and I needed to change the motor. The Price you charged was very high when comparing to other places. But we had you do job and paid in full. Upon return we noticed a more severe leak in the power steering, requiring fluid to be added every day. Being not happy with the above situation, I took my car to a very sharp Christian mechanic from my men’s church group. After inspection, he found that when you put the power steering back, you left two bolts out of the fluid line. The line was in a very difficult place to reach. It caused line to touch a moving part and cause a very bad leek. The cost for me to repair that mistake was $ 292.65 as per copy of bill attached. I also had rack and pinion replaced; however that was not your fault. Prior to all of this, I started giving you all the oil changes; I would have thought someone would have caught the radiator problem. I am now giving you a chance to make this right, at the very least you owe me 292.65 and I would certainly hope you would share in a part of labo
