I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

Angelo and his team team are amazing. Ive taken my car there for years, on multiple occassions I compared their prices to other mechanics and they were always much lower. One time when I coukdnt afford a new muffler I needed very badly, they fixed it basically for free. Ive had so many great experiences there I cant even list them all. I reccommend everyone I know to go here.

I've always try to avoid the dealers but I take the chance last week to the al Parker ford on millitary trail and I meet this life saver . He's John I take care of me a way I didn't expected . He told me and fix my issue in less than 30 mn I got my 05 ford expedition alive again from him. Thank u John . Excellent service and advice to solve a tire/brake problem while I was travelling NC-FL-NC within 3-day period (funeral). They resolved the problem (I had 2 unsuccessful servicing attempts in NC) and squeezed this apptmt into an already busy schedule. Hello everyone,my name is Oscar,I went to G and C foreign car repair because I was at my wits end trying other so called mechanics to fix the vacuum leaks on my 2006 BMW. I have never seen such dedicated people in my life when it comes to repairing my vehicle. When I came in they greeted me with a smile and that lasted the whole time I was there, which was not very long because Andy and Freddy took what was supposed to take hours and completed the job in a fraction of the time. They are polite and funny and really make you feel at home. The thing that really got me was the pricing...I was astonished how inexpensive was the work they performed. I would definitely refer anyone that I know to them...good job guys!!

I TOLD HER WHAT I THOUGHT OF HER & TALKED TO THE MANAGER WHO WAS A 7FT DRUNKIN LOOKING JACK*** WHO BEGAN TO BLAME ME WHEN HE WASNT EVEN THERE. I TOLD EM BOTH WHERE TO GO & WENT TO THE OTHER PEP BOYS MUCH BETTER!! AND AFTER I TOLD EM WHAT I THOUGHT OFF I WENT THANK GOD! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO GET SOMETHING FOR MY CAR. I had been going here for over a year and I thought I was getting great service, when in fact I was not. They gave me a "great" deal on a used tire that went flat two days later. Had to call AAA who told me that the tire was so bald it should have been illegal to sell to me. Juan charged me almost $70 for that used tire. Then the check engine light came on, was told by Juan that it would cost over $1000 to fix. Felt i needed a second opinion after the tire incident and was told by new shop that the engine light misfire was due to the wrong type of spark plugs put in. Jordans had put in these spark plugs 6 months previously. They do not do quality work, especially on my foreign car (saab). I feel like they took advantage of me as a female with limited car knowledge. overcharged me and did not even fix my car problems but created new ones. my advise...use a different foreign car mechanic.
