I visited AAction Transmissions for a shifting problem on my GTO. The staff treated me right by handling my repair quickly soon after I arrived. My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Thru out the whole process they were very caring and now my car drives better then it did before.

I put in an appointment request after closing hours last night, and they had the part ordered and ready for me to have installed today! I showed up, they got me right in, and turned my car around in less than 30 minutes! They were all very nice, knowledgable, and very skilled in their craft! I'd recommend them any day!

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

Terrible business practices that take advantage of the inexperienced. For starters, parts are upcharged well beyond retail: do yourself a favor and amazon them for yourself to see or just go to an auto parts store. Bought the most expensive quality ignition coils at a fraction of their most economic option elsewhere. If you do decide to let them touch your vehicle, don't be surprised if something that was working before you took it in, does not work afterward. They will break your car! Don't be surprised if what you came to get fixed isn't working either. Twice now the truck has gone in with one thing to fix and come out with two. Good luck trying to get your money back without a lawyer. Avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna keep coming back regularly (and not because of the work or service)!
