I finally found a good mechanic in Tampa! Since I've been in, this business has bent over backwards to help me get my AC running. I've never recommended a mechanic before, because I couldn't. These guys are honest and direct...which I love...and unlike other shops around town, the guys at Twilight try to help me SAVE money rather than telling me my car needs repairs that it doesn't really NEED. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Justin and his crew have done work on several of our vehicles, and nothing but the best service. They are very honest and fast, never had much downtime with any of our cars. Highly recommended.

My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

9/9/17. My daughter trying to decide to leave Tampa got some bad gas and is broke down. I called from Pensacola Fl. and Pernell answered and said he would go see what he can do. I pray for him and my daughter. Time is running out. I wait to hear from him. I pray he can get her car running.

Called Late on a Saturday Night, Came out with in a 1hr, Saved me money on a Tow, got me back and on the road. Honest, Fair pricing and saves me money by coming out to me. I now have them Maintain our Fleet.

I was referred by a random customer of theirs - I took my car there because I needed a thermostat and hose replaced. Nah took the time and thoroughly went through my vehicle to make sure that there were no other issues. He even came up on his day off to check out an unrelated issue a few days later. He and his staff have been so professional and kind. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. It is a blessing when you can find a honest mechanic who is not just trying to sell you something --- he truly cares and only wants to make sure what is wrong is fixed. Wonderful experience, I needed a few items fixed on my car and shop was by far the most professional repair shop I've ever been to. had a full set of tires installed, rear brakes and an tune up. thank you so much for being there for me.
