I have no idea who this person is. We do not receive parts or ship parts and never have. We are a collision repair facility and have been here for 24 years and have never gone belly-up. Stay away from this shop I will never refer anyone to go there for any... read more Stay away from this shop I will never refer anyone to go there for any type of service especially after the way I was treated and lied to by Tyler don't believe anything he says. Tyler lied to my face many times and I found this out because I took my car to another shop and they said otherwise and also the insurance company that was suppose to be working against read to me documented notes from conversations with Tyler date by date witch directly resulted in me having further issues during a stressful time. Because of him I had my rental cut off without notice by the insurance company and was held responsible for the extra days I had my rental. When I questioned him about this all he did was lie, lie, lie, and he never called me back like he said he would when I had no way to get around with a new born child incase of an emergency and had no way to and from work in Tampa. I work in the automotive business so I know when there is shady business going on and I know when inspections aren't done, I know when I'm lied to about stuff in this area because I know my stuff so when I questioned Tyler all he would do is get frustrated and tell me that he would call me back when I mentioned this to the insurance company that was supposed to be working against me they took my side and couldn't understand why the car was there for so long for something simple or why he would make false statements I know why I was treated the way I was but I'm not going to mention it I will never do business there all they care about is making money, I saw pictures of famous athletes there, so I know if I was a famous athlete I would have gotten different treat, but one thing for sure I have ties to many famous athletes in the area and many successful people in the area with money and I will never ever send them there to who go there beware I am a certified mechanic and have been in the automotive business for years I have for shady companies and I have worked for good companies and this is a shady company. Tyler tells me one thing then he puts Jim on the phone and Jim tells me different and charges me money after Tyler told me that he wasn't going to charge me if that isn't shady them please tell me what is. Jim is not to be trusted either because it was his decision to charge me after Tyler told me he wasn't going to charge me so there I was with a car that's not running they didn't do anything for me got my rental cut off lied to my face and charged me for bull after they told me I wasn't being charged but Jim is such a greedy scumbag he made Tyler give him the phone because he didn't have the balls to tell me that scumbag Jim was charging me for lame service stay away from here as a certified mechanic that has worked at many shops and dealerships
Body Lines has parts that were shipped out MONTHS ago and so far have ... read more Body Lines has parts that were shipped out MONTHS ago and so far have not been painted or returned. Each time we call it is either an automated voice saying the phone isn't in order or we actually speak to someone, they tell us its shipping the next day, then we keep calling because we have not received the parts or even a call saying that they damaged the parts and now have to start over. These were shipped in February-March 2015, it is now almost the end of May and now no one is returning our calls, emails or anything. the business was opened in about 2008, went belly up in 2014 but they are still taking shipments, promising us that they ARE STILL working on these parts but coward away from talking to us? Shame on you Kelly and Joe Vacca!! You're a disgrace. I hope you walk in the shadows because its shameful to show your faces when you're ripping people off!
