I own Body Lines Auto Body and I just happen to stumble across this post from Eliza. I have no idea who this person is. We do not receive parts or ship parts and never have. We are a collision repair facility and have been here for 24 years and have never gone belly-up. This must be a mistake.

SUPPOSEDLY PAINTING SOME PARTS FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS NOW
Body Lines has parts that were shipped out MONTHS ago and so far have not been painted or returned. Each time we call it is either an automated voice saying the phone isn't in order or we actually speak to someone, they tell us its shipping the next day, then we keep calling because we have not received the parts or even a call saying that they damaged the parts and now have to start over. These were shipped in February-March 2015, it is now almost the end of May and now no one is returning our calls, emails or anything. the business was opened in about 2008, went belly up in 2014 but they are still taking shipments, promising us that they ARE STILL working on these parts but coward away from talking to us? Shame on you Kelly and Joe Vacca!! You're a disgrace. I hope you walk in the shadows because its shameful to show your faces when you're ripping people off!

custom paint job
I had Body Lines do a custom paint job on my 2013 corvette. AWSOME JOB!!! I had red cherry flames on hood and fenders. Joe did the flames by hand--what an artist! I have since entered two different car show and took first and second place. I cant thank them enough.

we are a vendor
Body lines purchased parts from our business to put on someones vehicle. They wrote us a bad check. We have made several phone calles and even sent them a certified letter to try to motivate them to pay. to date they have not returned anyones call nor made any attempt to pay us. I would proceed with caution. If this company is not taking care of their financial responsibilities, what short cuts are they taking when they repair peoples vehicles. Mary A.

Service Provided
This was my third visit to shop. Paid $1200 for paint job. I wasn't expecting perfection but a little more pride in your work and less excuses. Entire car orange peeled. Said they would wet sand, stood me up for my appointment. Dropped it off Monday and all the did was buff it. Burnt through clear and new paint. Response was "what do you want me to do about it". Don't use these guys. Awful customer service
