My experience with Euro Auto tech was excellent, I felt my car was in great hands, I felt these guys knew exactly what it needed to be done and they were honest and reasonable, they are great in their pricing and time, they were fast, professional and reliable, they even gave me a ride home until my car was done. I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them

I had purchased a used car that was giving me transmission problems. They serviced my car. Excellent communication of repair! They showed me all the parts that were replaced, explained the repair to help me understand, and were honest! Great price! I would highly recommend them!!!!

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

Im a very busy person. so when my car window broke. i decided to look online for a auto glass repair center. I ran into Dinamic Auto Glass via google. i spoke with a man over the phone who quoted me 125 for the window with installation. i thought it was a good price but wanted to see if i could find a better price so i told the man that i would call back if there was nothing better. so i called a few more places they were all very pricey. so i ended up calling him back after about 15 mins. Again he assured me that the price for window and installation would be 125. i told him my brother would be there the following morning for there service. The following morning my brother calls me and tells me that they were trying to charge him 150 plus installation. i told him to give me a sec to call them and tell them that they had given me a price the day before for 125 with installation. After asking his name 3 or 4 times with no response the guy on the line tells me that the "other "guy (sounded like the same guy i talked to yesturday) they had earlier picking up the phone didnt know what he was talking about. Then gos on to tell me that im "BS". And that he cant give me that price. Me BS the coustomer wow! then hangs up on me....TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!! I called back and they never answered. Dont worry my review friends i called the auto glass repair across the street from Dinamic Auto Glass and told them what had happened they eneded up giving me a 80 price for the glass and installation. Booyaa in ur face Dinamic Auto Glass !!!! Hang that up! After having a friend call back and pretend to need there service i ended up getting names. Lazaro and Joe are the names of the men who gave me this horrible. service. DO NOT USE DINAMIC AUTO GLASS THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THERE CLIENTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! The only reason u get one star is because u picked up the phone!!!

Garbage! Stay Away... cheap Chinese parts that do not last. Rude, ignorant employees that don't know a thing about auto parts, or auto repair. Be careful with their machine shop services, they will damage your parts and say you brought them their that way. I had to spend over $500 dollars in parts because of them. Save yourself from these animals, STAY AWAY !!!!!!
