I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. worst body shop, thieves. It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.
