A man named Fred Baum told my friend that he paid the mechanic $600 to fix the truck . The truck has sat there over a year and has not been fixed,,..and then we find out that this guy Fred never paid a dime for any repairs......( who is a buddy of the mechanic) Three times the mechanic told me that he WAS fixing the truck ......
