I took my 2005 BMW 530i in for a driver's side airbag sensor warning and left it there so to determine the causr for the sensor failure. My advisor Chad kept me informed to progress and options for the repair. Chad was friendly, honest and very helpful so that I had all the information to make a repair decision. The car was repaired and ready as promised. Unfortunately 3 days later the sensor failed. I brought the car back in and they found that the new airbag was faulty. Now i'm not gonna lie! They do cost an arm and leg! (Normally) But they came and rescued me and my family stranded in the middle of no where and didnt charge us that much in my opinion! We were very far away! He knew we were stuck out there for awhile so he stopped and let us go potty and even grab a snack!

Carl and the Southern Car Care team did an outstanding job diagnosing an instrument panel problem on my Pontiac Firebird. They fixed the speedometer, instrument lights, fuel gauge and warning lights in very short order and at a very reasonable cost. Carl has earned is great reputation for autmotive electrical work in our community, and he really impressed me with the speed, quality and reasonable cost of work.

The above review from Rosemary Smith is absolutely inaccurate. Rosemary's daughter arrived at our shop with less than 5 minutes until we close. At this point, all of the bay doors are shut and the tools/equipment are locked away. If a customer does indeed show up with 15 minutes until we close, we would absolutely fix a flat tire and this has been a policy of Mid Coast Tire since 1977. It takes less than 10 minutes to fix a flat tire. The other tire store Rosemary mentions is open until 7PM on Saturday, but they are a national chain. We are a small family owned business who have been here in Vero Beach since 1977.

I recently took my 2006 Toyota 4-Runner here to fix an issue with the A/C. Their pricing was very fair and they were courteous, honest, respectful, & timely in completing the job. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with a part that they installed and, without hesitation, they honored the warranty and completely re-did the job. Wow!! I would like to recognize Robert (the manager) and Mike (the mechanic/shop foreman) for going above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. If you need auto repairs, give these guys a call.
