They may charge you for parts that they are not even installing in your vehicle. They have to consider major overhead and believe me after the strories I have heard 50% of past customers have come to us after getting a price and find ourt we can do the job for half the price and offer a longer guarantee. The best, really. Santiago service is first class very fast and efficient and professional. He really takes care of his customers. His pricing is very competitive compared to dealers and there's no comparison in the level of service and the speed.

Terrible business practices that take advantage of the inexperienced. For starters, parts are upcharged well beyond retail: do yourself a favor and amazon them for yourself to see or just go to an auto parts store. Bought the most expensive quality ignition coils at a fraction of their most economic option elsewhere. If you do decide to let them touch your vehicle, don't be surprised if something that was working before you took it in, does not work afterward. They will break your car! Don't be surprised if what you came to get fixed isn't working either. Twice now the truck has gone in with one thing to fix and come out with two. Good luck trying to get your money back without a lawyer. Avoid this place at all costs unless you wanna keep coming back regularly (and not because of the work or service)!
