Tune up service near Hypoluxo, FL

brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them

DISHONEST OR INCOMPETENT.. you decide. Brought in a vehicle for a diagnostic and they advised approx 900 in repairs and "maybe" issue would be resolved. Took to another repair shop and it was am eye hook and wire and none of the three things they said "HAD" to be replaced. Back to Schumacher and requested my diagnostic fee of $120.00 be refunded since none of the three things repaired were the cause of the problem. . I was told by the service manager "Jack" that the new starter was only "recommended" , which was bald face lie. He then proceeded to tell me that the eye hook and wire were part of the fusable link therefore they were correct. It should be noted that the link, starter, and battery worked just fine with the wire and eye hook replaced. He then had the nerve to take credit for the repair of the second shop based on their diagnostic, and did not give me chance to tell him that they used the schematics to trace the problem back to the wire. He was rude, arrogant and condescending and inferred that myself and my husband were lying about what we were told by the advisor. Finally, offered credit for diagnostic for future service and I said "Why would I trust you" because right now I am angry and untrusting. Response: Well since we lost you as a customer, I guess it doesn't matter. Good thing they treat people line "ONE OF THE FAMILY". I will be contacting corporate and filing a better business bureau complaint. I purchased the vehicle at that location and had all service done there. I shudder to think how many times they have overcharged and or improperly repaired my vehicle. Be very careful if you use this repair department

This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!
