tune up
brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

Brought in my Honda civic in for a oil change. The staff up front were very welcoming and made me feel like they wanted my business. I dropped my car off and they did a full inspection on my car, they told me that I needed to change out the vetch solenoid and gave me a price, the price was very reasonable. I spoke with the lead mechanic mike and he is very knowledgeable and cares about the customers cars like they are his own. I will definitely be bringing my car back and recommend this repair facility

air shocks
brought my Bentley in for check up. The guys up front really cared for my concern about my vehicle. They gave me a ride back home and gave me a call with an estimate and the price was very reasonable. picked up my Bentley the next day and to my surprise they gave my car a wash and a wax and complete detail in the inside of my car. highly recommend Mike and his crew.

B- SERVICE FOR MY MERCEDES
This repair Facility cost 1/2 the price the dealer did for the same service, new management has completely turned this company around, amazing, Thank you, mike!

Tires, alignments (front and back), filters replaced, oil change, remotes would not work
I brought vehicle in for oil change. Was told the vehicle was not safe to drive. Estimate to replace rear tires, rear & front end alignment, replace filters, oil change, reprogram remotes (not locking/unlocking) plus additional fees not explained. I was advised by Mike that if I did not get this repaired right away, the vehicle would not start, would not turn off, the fuel door would not open, the vehicle would lock and not be able to unlock, and the alarm would sound and not be able to be deactivated. Did not get vehicle back until 8/20/13. Paid bill ($3600+) in full. I was assured remotes were working. Left facility and called to advise remotes were not working. Returned with vehicle and was advised another new part needed ordered. This part was installed and remote is still not working. I was given additional explanation of what else was wrong and why it's not working. I stated to "Mike" that I was tired of his excuses and BS. Each time the remote was not working Mike told me another part needed replaced. I stated I did not want them touching my car again. At this time, I noticed the second remote was cracked on the buttons. One of them was cracked when I brought it in and I purposely do not use that one. During this time, I dropped another of my vehicles off (2005 Ford Explorer XLT) to inspect transmission. I was told it would be put on a machine for diagnostics. I was advised the transmission needed replaced. Without my consent, this facility drained the transmission fluid, broke the bolt that goes into the drain pan and replaced the fluid. Again, I was without this vehicle for two days, when all that was to be done was a diagnostic. I took this vehicle to a transmission specialist who stated that the only part that needed replaced in my transmission was the filter. This has been done and the vehicle drives perfectly fine. Most importantly, during the time I waited on my vehicles, I repeated heard the employees at the front desk tell EVERY CUSTOMER that

alternator
I took my minivan here and was overcharged. They got me for $1267.65 for an alternator and battery. I complained and was told they use only original parts unlike other repair shops. 2 weeks later I'm at the dealer for an oil change and I tell the service manager my story and find out my "new" alternator is remanufactured! In addition they could have done the work for $500 less. Avoid this place. They are cheaters.
