My grandfather’s tire came off on the highway!!!!!!!!!! They fixed it but should not have happened to begin with

I was told that my nail in my tire was repaired. As I got back to my home state in Mississippi, it was low again. Local mechanic said it was in the sidewall and not fixable. COULD be coincidence and happened next day, but it was same tire and same pressure reading. Individual gentleman who welcomed me was wonderful, however. FYI.

Today I got my oil change and the staff was very nice. Even though they seemed to have many appointments/walk in situations they still got my oil change (which was scheduled) done a reasonable amount of time!

Excellent service on the oil, filter and transmission service. Noticed a leak of fluid on my garage floor a couple of days after the service. Called and got a a response at my home with a replacement car and a clean up of the spot on the floor. It appears that the oil filter was defective and required replacement. While in the shop, they noticed part of the heat shield had torn away (I had driven through some some deep puddles at speed that cause the shield to be torn away). They recommended replacement, ordered the new (modified) heat shield and returned my car. Again, great service and the highest recommendation to all to use this shop for routine and special maintenance.

2 iPOds were stolen from ym center console when I went in for a tire change. I sadly realized after I left, so they are lost forever now. Do not use this business, if you do, be sure to check your posessions before you drive away :-(
