Had my M3 towed to them after an accident. They did an excellent job getting it back to one piece, in weeks, not months. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, while dealing with the insurance company, making it a lot less stressful on me. Two thumbs up from this guy.

I have a 2012 Jaguar XK. There are certified Jaguar and Land Rover (we have both) They are the best..your treated like family, the detail to the job and the level of customer service is bar none. Having an accident is never a happy time, they made it so easy and so pleasurable that it was like keeping up with old friends. I would recommend them with the highest of kudo's!!!!!

This place is the biggest rip off ever. They screwed me bigtime. I scratched a bumper on a mazda 3 and they charged me for a new bumper and a mud guard??? WTF I have never seen a bigger rip off than this. 900.00 dollars for a 3 inch scratch on a bumper. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF. They are the biggest scumbags in jacksonville.
