I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! I had my van on a dirt country road, where I hit a big hole and bottomed the truck out with a big hit. I broke the exhaust completely off the manifold. They repaired this and made a through inspection for other damage. I normally do my own repairs, but did not have the time for this work and needed to get the truck running and safe quickly. Service Masters did not disappoint. They are professional and courteous. I called them with questions and comments several times. They were always patient and helpful. I will absolutely use them again. It is great to know I have someone I can trust to handle repairs when I can't get to them myself.

My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. Justin and his crew have done work on several of our vehicles, and nothing but the best service. They are very honest and fast, never had much downtime with any of our cars. Highly recommended.

The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

This is a great place for repairs. The "dealership" we went to could not fix our vehicle. Bob and his crew got it right the first time at way less $$$.

I WAS A CUSTOMER AND I GOT SCAMMED!!! STAY AWAY!!! SHADY PLACE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. They ripped my father off for the $1,430 they charged him for air conditioning repair. THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK. The new parts were not installed. They didn’t even loosen a screw. LIARS AND THIEVES!

The Midas location on 4th Street North and East Bay Drive in Clearwater are franchise locations operated by Adam Ford. These 2 locations were great while they were managed by Midas Corporate offices headquarted in Illinois. We were customers there at the time. Then, all went downhill when they were turned over as franchise operations, managed by Adam Ford who brought his swindling business ethics from .... the other side of the pond. The 4th street shop replaced a clutch master cylinder in May 2013 on our Chevrolet. It failed 10,000 miles later in July 2014. Under the terms of the warranty, they replaced it free of charge, again with an "after-market" part and not original equipment. The part failed also 10,000 later in May 2015. Guess what? It failed again in May 2015. We contacted them for a THIRD resolution. Keep in mind, their incompetence is now dragging on for 2 years ....They kept the vehicle overnight and said they had flushed the hydraulic clutch system and so, it should be good ...But it's not good, the clutch pedal is unresponsive... . I think 2 years and 3 separate opportunities to diagnose and install reliable equipment is ample time to decide on a Auto Repair Shop's competence, honesty and business ethics, don't you? By the way, we have taken our chevrolet to 2 other shop for evaluation and they recommended to only install Chevrolet original clutch master cylinder because after market parts don't last. Hum.... seems no one at Midas could figure that out and suggest this .....
