If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. I took my car to rebuild my transmission to transmission plus of Kissimmee , they estimate the work for $1250 including warranty labor and parts for 1 year, I decide to do it, I left my car . It took them 2weeks to kid it, I pay cash $1250 , I did not pay tax , because it was cash that's jesse the owner said, I went home, 2weeks latter I star having the same transmission problems, I took the car back. . And they told me ,they can do anything because they think is a electric problem. I lost $1250 . And my car is the same. Think twice before you take you car there.

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple
