I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. Fantastic service replacing suspension on my 2013 Range Rover at one half the cost of dealer

We brought in a used vehicle we had just purchased because the gears were not shifting smooth and there was a troubling vibration at low speeds. The diagnosed the issue, added an additive that immediately resolved the issue and we did not get soaked on the cost. We truly appreciate the fact that we have been able to rely on Dealer Service Alternative team to be ethical, efficient, helpful and prompt. They are the best, and we won't trust anyone else with our cars!

Great people, great work. Julio is the only one I let work on my truck except in the most desperate situations. He's worked on my truck for years and will continue to as long as I have it.

I had DAVE the owner detail my 2005 Lifted Excursion that is in MINT CONDITION. One of Dave's employees used ACID on my Weld Racing Chrome Rims. They etched the rims and they are ruined. $2,500.00 of rims trashed. Dave made payments (he must not have insurance) he paid $200.00 towards the $2,500.00 He has stopped making payments and has abandoned me. I would not allow him to touch my car for fear that he would trash it as well. You will be left out in the cold. Stay clear of this company.

3-29-2024 I took my 2000 ford Taurus up there and left it for some electrical issues and an ac diagnosis. I left my car there at 9:30 am on Thursday and they did not call me or start work on my car until 1:00pm on Friday. I went up there to get my car since they said on the phone you can come up and get it and I my needed car. The service manager did not even come up and talk with me as to why he didn't even get anything done at his auto place. The manager Will said he had to keep pulling techs off of my vehicle due to other vehicles needed fixed, not really a customer issue. not sure how they have any good reviews must be payed for. They have a appointment tab on their website I used it still did not matter. not sure how they are still in business I would not take my car there again or recommend them at all. I don't see this shop staying in business much longer with the scheduling issues

Eddie and his crew did an exceptional job fixing my 2003 Mini Cooper S. I had it towed to his shop. This was the first time I had used them. Previously I had done all of the maintenance with the dealer. I wanted to try someone new who had a good reputation and was cheaper. Green Garage lived up to and exceeded my expectations. due to a medical issue I could not pick up the car after it was fixed. Eddie said no problem and delivered my car to my house himself, Absolutely great service and Petula purrs like a loud kitten gain. Can not thank them enough and at a very reasonable price.

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

I would highly recommend this place to do any kind of cylinder work you need. The owner is very knowledgeable and explains the work that needs to be done in depth. I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.
