This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

I would highly recommend this place to do any kind of cylinder work you need. The owner is very knowledgeable and explains the work that needs to be done in depth. They are very fast, efficient and professional. I traveled from Orange City to have them work on my cylinder head and it was well worth the trip! Thanks Advanced Cylinder Heads!

Honest, fair price, and best of all work is done correct. Cant ask for much more from an auto repair shop in this area. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and have always been happy with my car after repair!

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

I have been trying to bring it back since day one. The timing chain and tubo is bad. Your people lied to BBB about the car. If you care about your company and your name fix this car. I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

We bought a car less than 30 days ago. Mazda 3 2013 with 14,000 miles. My daughter had saved all the money and purchased in cash. We felt good buying from a dealership in case we had problems and were presented with a clean CarFax. The car leaks through the windshield and engine compartment. Also the headlights dim when you slow down. We had noticed a smell the day of purchase and the sales person took it to the service department for 3 hours and had it checked out. I called Miracle Toyota and they said to bring it in. The sales person Sara Feliz would meet my daughter (18) in the service department. Today she took the car in as instructed, no sales person. The car needs to go to Mazda as it is still covered by a factory warranty. The dealership manager Richard Sanchez refused to provide a rental or loaner for what looks like an extended repair. My daughter is stuck with no car to drive to work or drive a car that might not be safe to drive. This is especially disheartening because my daughter bought the car with money she received from her father who died last year. These people are dishonest. Don't buy anything from them.

Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic Symptoms of bad catalytic converter. Causes over heating and poor fuel mileage. Worker did not check to see if catalytic converter was bad. Worker just brushed me off. Worker just treated a result of bad cat converter not the cause. When I asked about the rattle, worker just said caused by string hanging from door. Ha Ha. Coordinators who take info on cars are inexperienced and untrained. This lack of skill by those working on cars has cost me $800 in extra repairs so far and Cat Converter is not repaired.
