The staff at Pine Castle Auto Body did a wonderful job for me and my car. I like that I can see pictures of it being worked on. They included paint-less repair on another dent I had too! I highly recommend them to everyone. Their prices are in line with everyone else I went to but I chose Pine Castle because I instantly got a good feeling about them, they treated me politely and quickly. They did everything they said and then some. Even got my car done early! They gave me tips on maintaining my car and everything. I think they went above and beyond to make me happy.

Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic Symptoms of bad catalytic converter. Causes over heating and poor fuel mileage. Worker did not check to see if catalytic converter was bad. Worker just brushed me off. Worker just treated a result of bad cat converter not the cause. When I asked about the rattle, worker just said caused by string hanging from door. Ha Ha. Coordinators who take info on cars are inexperienced and untrained. This lack of skill by those working on cars has cost me $800 in extra repairs so far and Cat Converter is not repaired.

Amazing, High Quality Service!!! My wife got a Mini Cooper for Christmas. 3 weeks later she bumped into a wall and damaged the front end. She was devasted and upset. Kenny gave us the estimate within 15 minutes and let us know the repairs could be completed within a few days. They gave her a ride home. We were very pleased when he called the next day said the car was ready. The repairs were perfect and back to brand new. They cleaned the entire car when finished. It cost less than expected. The shop and office are impressive and professional. We can't praise them enough.
