McCoy's was recommended by my insurance company and all of the reviews were positive. Now I know why. Mike was thorough and explained everything he was doing for the repair and the cost was reasonable. There was no attempt to upsell and, although I had not planned on having my brakes repaired during my unexpected visit, Mike took the time to show me how worn my brakes were. He took her # and said he would call at the end of the day. He never called. Two weeks later figuring he may have lost the # I called and gave him all the info again, he was very polite and said he would do the research and call at day's end. You guessed it he never called.
