I was getting a second set of eyes on a problem that was identified at the dealership. Unfortunately they tried charging me almost double what was quoted to me at the dealership. I was able to pay another shop less than 1/3 for the same job with warranty. I’d beware of these guys and always get more than one opinion.

It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$
We currently have 3 cars being serviced here and up until these last t... read more We currently have 3 cars being serviced here and up until these last two visits we’ve been super happy. This last visit has left us not wanting to return. Communication used to be good here but there were at least 4 times Pablo said he'd get back to us and it never happened. We also ended up being given a wrong part number to order and now we can’t return it costing us $270. Your shop says Ford gave them the wrong part number but they don’t know who they talked to and no one wants to take responsibility.
