Called for an appointment after hours and a live person responded. I drove to the site and arrived about 1:30pm on Wed, 6/26/13. Umberto, DID THE WORK AND I can only say that he's a perfectionist. He worked on my car and in about 21/2 hours painted both door panels on the passenger of my Honda CRV. Perfect match dents, scratches, rust gone. Perfect match. This is a guy who really cares about his work. I had used him 5 years ago and he hasn't missed a beat. He is fair in pricing and lets you know upfront the cost. No joke he's the real deal. Stan K

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it!
