Shady, Their version of a coolant flush is just draining the old coolant out and refilling with new. An actual coolant flush is hooking the fluid exchange machine up and evacuating the old coolant from the system and then adding a chemical to circulate and clean the system and then add new coolant. Do not charge customers for something that you aren't doing. When checking rotors you use a micrometer to measure the thickness against the discard specs, using eyeball judgement does not accomplish this. There are many other mishaps by this company, these are only a couple. Buyer beware

John the owner is a great mechanic, he can diagnose and fix anything wrong with your car. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.
