After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! Rocky and the mechanics are fair and truthful, jobs are always done correctly and with attention to detail. I have NEVER been disappointed here, they are so knowledgeable and have tons of experience. Hanna and Cindy in the office are amazing and a wealth of knowledge themselves! I am in good hands with them and would never trust my Jaguar to anyone else.
