Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. I was due for my 60K check-in for my 2102 KIA Rio (Rubee) and I was not prepared to pay what my dealership offered. So I took my little, Rubee, to Callahan Auto today. I met him in person and liked him immediately. He’s really sweet. He took the time to listen to my concerns, take a test drive with me and he did not treat me like a girl who knows nada about cars (which I am). He did the work and the bill was really reasonable. I was so happy and Rubee has a lot of pep in her step again. Can’t wait to hit the highway! I am totally going to recommend Callahan Auto to anyone who needs any auto repairs. They are great!
