I am so impressed with Rodriguez Brothers. Honest, Reliable, Affordable. I have to say that I will never go to another.Just moved to miami and brought my car in for service. Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. And it did not take all day. His wife is one of the sweetest people I have met in a long time!I will be a customer for life!!Great Job!!!

This is an excellent mechanical shop! I took my Mercedes with a computer problem that no one could find and after spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer these people found the problem right away. They didn't take advantage of me for being a women and were extremely nice and professional. I strongly recommended this shop.

I feel truly blessed to have found this company. They can -and do, build Mercedes-Benz autos from scratch! I thought I would never enjoy my '97 SL 500 again but now I am motoring happily. Could not be happier!

My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. En referencia a un señor llamando "Steve" y le explique hasta como luce y me dijo que si, el trabaja allí. Cuando empecé a describir lo que había ocurrido (El Steve se enfrento a mi cliente en una manera agresiva hoy) El Señor no me dejo ni terminar mi oración cuando me empezó a interruptir y me llamo "un animal"... yo soy una mujer muy respetuosa y como abogada, actuó en una manera no solamente ética pero con mucho respeto, especialmente a las personas mayores como el Señor Betancourt, lamentablemente no merece ningún respeto porque el si trata a las personas como animales. Me imagino que este negocio este haciendo cosas ilegales porque le dio un ataque al señor. Muy sospechoso con su reacción y de verdad no tiene el ninguna educación porque yo nunca le dije nada feo, solo le explique la situación que ocurrió. El simplemente me pudiera haber dicho que no, pero al contrario no sabía ni cómo comportarse. Por favor no vayan acá porque tratan a las personas muy mal sin ninguna necesidad. Garbage! Stay Away... cheap Chinese parts that do not last. Rude, ignorant employees that don't know a thing about auto parts, or auto repair. Be careful with their machine shop services, they will damage your parts and say you brought them their that way. I had to spend over $500 dollars in parts because of them. Save yourself from these animals, STAY AWAY !!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! My husband and I were taking our 2008 volvo's here for yearly repair, thanks to a flat tire and a AAA repairman we realized that the people at Deel Volvo were not rotating or aligning our tires, even though we were paying for this service. The tires in my husbands car were down to the thread in the inside due to lack of alignment, it really was a miracle he never had an accident. My car had the tires practically flat due to lack of rotation. Last year we paid over $300 on just the yearly service for each car. We did this thinking that the dealer would be a lot more careful than a regular mechanic. Both of our cars have less than 20,000 miles and we had to change ALL four tires on both cars. The mechanic we took our cars to, somebody whom I known for a long time and I now regret not taking my car there, confirmed what the AAA guy told us. All I can say is don't waist your time and money, and specially don't risk having an accident, these people don't care about your safety!!!!

Al is a thief and a liar. I have personally taken my car there twice. I should have gone with my intuition the first time I was there and felt I had been ripped off, because he not only ripped me off once, but twice when I went the second time. Each time I took my car in for a repair, it would come back with something else damaged, and then the original issue would persist. Only after taking it to a different, honest mechanic, did we discover that the problem was simply the result of an old fuel pump, which cost pennies to purchase and minutes to replace. The problem never came back, but I was left with a broken motor mount and a damaged steering column. How convenient. Had I taken it back for those repairs, he would have casually made an extra $4000 off of me. Now he has ripped off an 83 year old friend of mine who takes her car to him as well. He promised to inspect the vehicle and give her a quote. Instead, he repaired the car and told her it was $1274 to pick it up. Of course, she doesn't have the money, as he well knew, and has convinced her to surrender the vehicle. He is a heartless coward. I have contacted my attorney for her, and I will make it a point to ensure he doesn't get away with this again. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased what was supposed to be a genuine AC Delco electric fuel pump from their eBay store, under their user name: global-automotive. Cost was not inexpensive, but was a good deal for an AC Delco brand part- probably right about what the part would wholesale for. I am aware that there are a lot of very cheap, poorly made generic parts out there, so at the time I made payment, I left a note for the seller, asking that they not send a generic part; I only wanted the advertised and pictured genuine AC Delco branded part. When the part arrived, as soon as I opened the box, I knew I had been scammed. They sent a generic, poorly made Chinese pump with the aftermarket brand and part numbers sanded off of the side of the module. The box it came it was an AC Delco box, but the part number didn't even match what I had purchased- it was simply a used box that they obtained from a service garage after installation- they simply stockpile the empty boxes, and then put a generic chinese pump inside and ship it out. I am not the first to be victimized by this company. In fact, if I had done some research before I made the purchase, I would have never done so- I doubt they sell any legitimate brand name parts. This is beyond simple bait and switch- the extent to which this company does this is downright felonious. Buyer Beware- you will not get what you paid for. You may not ever even get your money back. It is not worth the risk to deal with this company.
