This location had recently hired a new mechanic, who is EXCELLENT. That is the reason for my 5-star rating. He had done several extensive repairs on my car at his previous work place. He KNOWS his work inside and out, is always professional, always ready to answer as many questions as you may have and explain in detail. He does not cut corners and will try to save you money whenever possible. If you come here, ask for him. His name is John, and he is a Caucasian guy with a goatee who works weekday afternoons.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

Midas had told me my brakes were bad and would cost 600.00. Alex took a look and said my brakes were fine just need some cleaning. fixed my horn and gave my car an oil change. The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced.
