We sell new and used tires and also do light mechanic work.

Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I always take my car to this family owned business. Mark and Cheryl take such good care of me and my car. How many times do you go to a mechanic to get 'checked out' and they say 'everything looks good. You don't need anything but the oil change.' These are people you can trust. Robyn H. Tampa, FL

I recently called Tire Kingdom to explain a problem I was having with my car. I was told when I have about 45 minutes if I could bring the car in they will look it over and give me an estimate at no charge On Monday afternoon I did just That. The mechanic check over my car. I was given the results by the assistant manager and the mechanic showed me the problems. They gave me several different options/suggestions. Everyone at Tire Kingdom were friendly, helpful and professional. I give a thumbs to the Zephyrhills Tire Kingdom and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for your assistance. UPDATE I WON IN COURT STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS i took my car in for 2 tires alignment a outer tie rod and a motor mount they ordered the tires did the alignment had to bring back for mount and tires mount called for 1.5 hours after 2 days got car back damaged they racked they car wrong and crushed in the finder to were it was rubbing hood called zach he stated bring up for him to look at so i did he stated let him put on rack and he would try and straightn it i said no need fixed right he said get estimate so he could give to owner so i did then called after not hearing nothing from them they gave me the owners # and was told to call him so i did he staed he then had to see the car also when he looked at car after well over a week to get with him he states it was old i had it at the cadillac dealer the day before they worked on it and now he is refusing to pay for the repairs and is making me take him to court also had another car worked on for tires and aligment which i have had to take to another place

TIA Towing does not even deserve one star. Their representative Mary was very rude and I will NEVER do business with this company again. I called around to a few tow companies for pricing for a box truck and TIA had a good price. They quoted $125 over the phone. I let Mary know that I was a business and calling around for tow pricing and she said okay. When I called back to confirm the tow pick up, she reiterated $125 was the charge. There was no mention of anything else. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said the charge was $125 and they now do not accept checks. He then said that I could pay with a credit card but the charge would be $5-$10 more. I said that Mary mentioned nothing of an extra charge nor any mention of not accepting checks, especially since I told her this was a business. When I attempted to call TIA, the phone just rang and rang, then went to voicemail, then rang and rang again for two additional attempts. I was finally able to speak with Mary on the phone on the fourth attempt and she was quite rude and belligerent. I was explaining to her our phone conversation which she said that she remembered and that she would call me back regarding accepting a check. When she called me back four (4) minutes later, she still had a negative attitude and said due to bad checks they could not accept. She then said that she didn't know that $5-$10 would affect me so, so that is what the charge would now be. As I tried to explain to her that this is not the price she told me, she became irate and started to curse me and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to call her back two (2) times and there was no answer. She finally answered on my third try and said that I was giving her attitude and kept talking over me, not listening, and being very rude. She then said that she would take off the five dollars and as she continued with her overtly negative attitude said, "You know what? Forget it. I am not taking the charge off and not taking your credit card. Only cash. How long does my driver need to wait? How many minutes to wait for you to get cash? I am going to charge you for every minute until I get my cash. You need to decide what you are going to do cause I need my money. You call me when you figure it out." And then she proceeded to hang up on me again. As I attempted to call Mary back once again, the phone just rang and rang and she answered the phone on my next second attempt. She was still not listening and hung up on me prior to me even speaking. Their tow truck driver was also very disruptive and disrespectful as well. They did not even want to give me a receipt. I own a business and I would never treat vendors, customers, or any human being with such disdain. I will NEVER utilize their services again. This is not a customer service business. No one else should ever use TIA Towing.

Worse service and no professionalism at all. I went in to get my car cleaned they were having problems with the pressure washer, the cash register. What was supposed to take 15-20 mins took an hour. The guy washed my car without pre-rinsing it so he was just grinding the dirt into the black paint with the sponge, he finally got the pressure washer working and tried to finish the job. I went to pay and the lady had issue with the computer freezing up so that took more time. I left and stopped somewhere and got out and looked at my car and the rims were still really dirty! Some parts of the car also still had some built up dirt! I went back to complain and the lady in side and the older guy outside were extremely rude like I was complaining about nothing they I tried get my money back they said they do not give money back and could wash it again which I passed on because I didn't want the same person washing it. They said they would contact me and send a mobile guy to my work place. I haven't heard from them and I even called to see what was going on with that. I talked to the "manager" Keith he wasn't helpful sine he wouldn't get off a his phone call to deal with a business matter but instead said the cashier would assist me then walked away. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone for anything they do terrible work and they are overpriced.
