Tire changes service near New Port Richey, FL

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. WOW These guys are awesome! Their honesty and troubleshooting skills puts them over the top. I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. I called to have a tire patched and they told me it was FREE as a good customer service thing to do. It would get them more future business they said. I took the vehicle in and instantly told it was not repairable. This is a $250 tire. I knew it was an easy fix but they just want to sell tires. I took it to just tires on Clearwater Largo Rd and they fixed it for $20 and it will last the lifetime of the tire. It only took them 12 minutes to fix. This is my second bad experience with Goodyear. I will never use or suggest anyone goes there, especially the franchise one on Belcher and East Bay Drive.

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.
