Had a great experience with John over at Rite Way Automotive. Had a flat tire when getting out of work. Was able to get the car over there and needed to replace two rear tires. John showed me the damage and advised me on exactly which tires needed to be replaced and why. The tires where some of the most affordabe around and best quality I've ever had on any car. Shady, Their version of a coolant flush is just draining the old coolant out and refilling with new. An actual coolant flush is hooking the fluid exchange machine up and evacuating the old coolant from the system and then adding a chemical to circulate and clean the system and then add new coolant. Do not charge customers for something that you aren't doing. When checking rotors you use a micrometer to measure the thickness against the discard specs, using eyeball judgement does not accomplish this. There are many other mishaps by this company, these are only a couple. Buyer beware

Do not waste your time and get scammed by this company. A year ago my A/c unit was repaired at this shop. After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.
