The best, really. Santiago service is first class very fast and efficient and professional. He really takes care of his customers. His pricing is very competitive compared to dealers and there's no comparison in the level of service and the speed.

there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.

There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

I used to go there a lot, but the last two or three times was less than perfect. I left them a tire to check a slow leak weeks later Nobody took care of it really! I talk to the boss Ziad he is only song and dance. Then I asked the guy to flip a Tire on the rim they damaged the bead scrapping that one year old tire…. Needless to say I’m not going back.

My Review, I spent $20,000 with these people less than a year ago. Everything they touched has fallen apart and I am having to redo everything they did and I mean everything they did! They overcharge, falsify parts, and treat people like garbage. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!
