Engine repair service near Odessa, FL

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. Wonderful people. After having my car misdiagnosed by another repair shop.( they told me I needed a starter, and a battery) John and his crew at Ultima diagnosed my vehicle as having a charging problem. They replaced the alternator, and turned a lousy experience into a good one. I will be back. hats off to the fine people at Ultima Automotive.

I took my mother's car to a popular franchise for a oil change,the car did not have any obvious problems, I was told the car needed a new tie rod and a manifold gasket replaced. Told them to do the oil change only. Within a few weeks I started to notice one of the front tires wearing more than the rest. So now I needed to purchase tires for the front, I called several places for price quotes and found Suncoast Automotive to have the best pricing. I asked for tires & a front end alignment. Received fast service and honesty.... the manager told me that a nut was lose on the tie rod. I had them check to see if I did need to have gasket replaced and yes, I guess it's a common problem with this particluar car. I had this work done here a few weeks later. Hate needing to pay for car repairs or maintenance, but love having a auto mechanic shop that you can trust. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks

Been here a few times now. Simply put mechanics who know their craft and whom you can TRUST. If it ain't broke they won't fix it. Icing on the cake...they're good people.

Dale at tires plus at Oldsmar location had "recommended" transmission fluid change/flush, serpentine belt, air filter plus plus plus = $1800 in service. I received a call from Dale who notified me with "transmission fluid is black and burnt, air filter has sand and dirty, belt has bad cracks and ready to snap" "need new rotors (front) etc etc... vehicle has 95k miles on it. I had the transmission service flushed and serviced at Ford at 83k, I replaced the air filter 1k mls ago and belt replaced by Ford ~ 5k mls ago. I checked the transmission fluid and is pink, not gritty and smells fine=not burnt. Air filter is white, no sand and clear=see through it and has no debri. Belt has superficial cracks that are normal and definetly not a concern. Bottom line, this guy Dale is a crook. I had called cooperate, BBS and I am concerned for all consumers that go here for service.
