This is my first and last time at this car wash. First off I pulled into the center lane, the machine was not working ( NO SIGN; OUT OF ORDER) so I had to wait for the other cars to move and back up and move into the last lane. I selected the Works ( the best wash they offer) and paid by credit card. When I got home due to the construction on US 19 my car was dirtier than before I got it washed!!!! Then while cleaning off the dirt I noticed a lot of stretches I didn't have before I went to the car wash!!! As a rule get my car washed every 2 months if not once a month. I have never had any problem at any car washes I have used. At my age I have been getting my cars washed for 35 plus years. I just got the car 6 weeks ago so I am aware of any marks on the car. I looked on my receipt and to my surprise there is NO phone number, hmmmm. Then I looked on line and got the phone number and called, leaving a message. I have called 3 times leaving a message each time, but no return call as they promised from their greeting message. It is a bright white Camry so it shows the scratches really bad. I learned my lesson, I will go back to the car wash I was using, pay the extra 4 dollars that includes cleaning the inside.

He has had my 81 yr old dad's car for 2 months and wants to charge him every time he thinks a part needs to be replaced without knowing if the part is the cause of the car's problem. Now he refuses to let my father get his car if he does not pay him for a job he did not fix. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THIS MAN IS A SCAM ARTIST WHO TAKES ADVANTAGE FOR SENIORS!!! We will be following up in court and consumer and better business bureau.
