PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!! If I could use 0 stars I would but it won't let you. This is my first and last time at this car wash. First off I pulled into the center lane, the machine was not working ( NO SIGN; OUT OF ORDER) so I had to wait for the other cars to move and back up and move into the last lane. I selected the Works ( the best wash they offer) and paid by credit card. When I got home due to the construction on US 19 my car was dirtier than before I got it washed!!!! Then while cleaning off the dirt I noticed a lot of stretches I didn't have before I went to the car wash!!! As a rule get my car washed every 2 months if not once a month. I have never had any problem at any car washes I have used. At my age I have been getting my cars washed for 35 plus years. I just got the car 6 weeks ago so I am aware of any marks on the car. I looked on my receipt and to my surprise there is NO phone number, hmmmm. Then I looked on line and got the phone number and called, leaving a message. I have called 3 times leaving a message each time, but no return call as they promised from their greeting message. It is a bright white Camry so it shows the scratches really bad. I learned my lesson, I will go back to the car wash I was using, pay the extra 4 dollars that includes cleaning the inside.
