The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recommended replacement of the compressor. Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!

This place was very professional. It appears to be a family business. I got the Air Spring replaced on my mercedes benz GL450. I asked for an area to sit in and they generously asked me to use their office, even offered the secure WIFI without my asking. The service was very fast. The most important thing was the work was done right. The owner's son asked me whether I wanted to test drive first with him in the car to make sure I was satisfied so that was very reassuring. They also did a little extra by fixing a slow leak in one of the tires. They didn't even charge for it. So in my opinion 5 out of 5 and beyond. Very satisfied. Will return. And will recommend.

My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Thru out the whole process they were very caring and now my car drives better then it did before.
