My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

this is a mickey mouse company! the Micky mouse that came to help me on the road did a damage to a brand new car! he came with a sedan to help a transit! with flip flop and tank! ridicules! if you care about your car dont call, dont walk, RUN

Convertible top not working that Mitsubishi claimed only needs center cylinder but no longer has part. Ronin insists on ordering the part. He apologizes for delay after couple of weeks. Tells me he will discount a day car rental. He then claims the left cylinder is also needed. So I purchased this part online. Next week, he claims might as well get the right side leaking a little to do it right. So purchase 3rd cylinder. His wife claimed no work is done without a written estimate. When asked for it, Ronin says she is too busy. It will only be a couple hours labor, but I have a free oil change, and car wash with a year guarantee. Online estimate of auto repair is $80-$120 by dealers. So pickup car with $600 cash and notice a ping in the fender with nicks. He denies responsibility. Then,top does not close up after 2 days. Ronin finally claims the 3 parts installed work, but now need 2 block cylinders costing $400 each, and refuses further work with rebuilt parts. You be the judge of this crook.
