Convertible To Repair

Convertible top not working that Mitsubishi claimed only needs center cylinder but no longer has part. Ronin insists on ordering the part. He apologizes for delay after couple of weeks. Online estimate of auto repair is $80-$120 by dealers. So pickup car with $600 cash and notice a ping in the fender with nicks. He denies responsibility. Then,top does not close up after 2 days. Ronin finally claims the 3 parts installed work, but now need 2 block cylinders costing $400 each, and refuses further work with rebuilt parts. You be the judge of this crook.
