This location had recently hired a new mechanic, who is EXCELLENT. That is the reason for my 5-star rating. He had done several extensive repairs on my car at his previous work place. He KNOWS his work inside and out, is always professional, always ready to answer as many questions as you may have and explain in detail. He does not cut corners and will try to save you money whenever possible. If you come here, ask for him. His name is John, and he is a Caucasian guy with a goatee who works weekday afternoons.

Wonderful service

As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. there aren't many qualified Porsche repair centers in Miami and this is the best that I have found. I had my car serviced three times from another shop for the same problem - I brought it to German and in the first visit they fixed what the other shop couldn't. The service manager gives you his cell phone and is available at all times. They came in under budget.
