The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast!
