I bought a brand new alternator and brought it to these guys to get it installed. As I was waiting for the service, they kept telling me I can not look as the mechanic is installing the alternator. It sounded weird so I walked outside to see what's going on from a little far away. The mechanic came up to me and said he is feeling nervous when I'm watching. They asked me to sit in the office. I did what they said, feeling very uncomfortable. I knew something was fishy. After a while they brought me my car. The minute I turned on the car it was making a weird noise. I told the mechanic about the problem, and he said he can't do anything about it. I went to another mechanic to see what's wrong and I found out that they put a used alternator in my car and kept the brand new one that I gave them to install. What a dishonest service!!! Now when I call them, they tell me they have to charge me again for labor to install a new alternator. How about the one they stole from me?

They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I took my mother's car to a popular franchise for a oil change,the car did not have any obvious problems, I was told the car needed a new tie rod and a manifold gasket replaced. Told them to do the oil change only. Within a few weeks I started to notice one of the front tires wearing more than the rest. So now I needed to purchase tires for the front, I called several places for price quotes and found Suncoast Automotive to have the best pricing. I asked for tires & a front end alignment. Received fast service and honesty.... the manager told me that a nut was lose on the tie rod. I had them check to see if I did need to have gasket replaced and yes, I guess it's a common problem with this particluar car. I had this work done here a few weeks later. Hate needing to pay for car repairs or maintenance, but love having a auto mechanic shop that you can trust. Would highly recommend to anyone who asks
