EXCELLENT!

Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I absolutely love and trust them and would highly recommend Mancini's on Old 54, in New Port Richey!

Excellent

I have a toyota Highlander and I got tired of wasting money with the toyota dealership which always found over $300 worth of repairs during routine tune-ups. I started working with Paul at Mancini and now get tune-ups done for $32 dollars. They always get me in and out quick, letting me make an appointment that is convenient for me. And they exceed my expectations with quality service and helpful advice. When I crossed over to 100,000 miles I took my highlander to paul and he did the 100,000 service replacing the timing belt and I purchased new tires. The car runs even smoother now after the 100,000 mile service. I have had no problems. I did get a nail in one of the new tires and even though this was something I should have paid for, Paul repaired the tire and did not charge me. I highly recommend Mancini Automotive for honest and quality service. Thank you Mancini!

a/c repair

Very disappointing! Went in last summer for a/c repair. Charged me for a/c compressor and accumulator. After I paid for job, owner told me that accumulator nut was locked up and he couldn't replace w/o damaging other parts - but assured me old accumulator was fine. I was ok with this until re-checking bill and seeing $65 charge for accumulator. He said this was non-refundable and didn't even offer me the part to take with me (I demanded it however). I didn't go back until recently - and only returned because a/c STOPPED working. I scheduled 8am appointment and arrived 5 mins early. When I told them my problem (paid $700+ for a/c job last summer and now no cold a/c) they said they'd get to me soon. Over an hour later, I had watched three people come after me and already get their cars in the shop (no appointment necessary if you have new money to spend). I was so upset that I finally walked out, staring right at counter guy as he spoke to someone on phone. He had already verified my appointment and phone number when I arrived. So, I waited all morning for a phone call to ask what was wrong or an apology for the wait. Of course, nothing ever came. I went to a different shop and they replaced the orifice tube (which they said Mancini's should have done last summer), did an oil change, recharged the a/c and checked for leaks - all for $100! I almost forgot, they also removed old accumulator and put the one I had on for free! Unless you have money to throw away - do not trust Mancinis fake family business appearance or you will get burned.
