I had a very similar experience as Ed listed above. During the estimate process, everything was discussed and would be taken car of. When I picked up the car, there were still some obvious spots that we not touched and others that didn't look good. They took it to the back and brought it up front 15 minutes later. It looked a little better, but still not what was discussed or expected. Upon being questioned about these items, the staff as well as the owner were overly defensive, condescending, and rude. Over promised and under delivered, very unprofessional atmosphere. Would never go back for any reason.

I described the problem with my car and after a few hours they said they determined a part needed to be replaced. After that part was replaced my problem was still present and they refused to refund my money or correct the issue.

I was in a car accident (an individual slammed into the drivers side of my car) and so his insurance company (progressive) sent me to Impex. I should have know from my initial experience with this place that it was not going to be a good one but I went ahead anyway because of the reviews, I wanted my car fixed ASAP, and because my adjuster stated this is where he get his car fixed. When I went to pick up my car it looked externally fixed (ok ), however when I drove it just a few feet my tire pressure light went on. I immediately turned around and went back to Impex and they put air in my tires. I thought it was the end of it. For the past month I have had to go 2x per week to put air in my tires. The back rear tire on the drivers side where my car was hit. I called them several times and Julio keep making excesses and not wanting to fix what they did to my car. He keep saying that I must have done it when i drove it the few feet I did -- What?!! I did it really. Full of excuses and little to no solutions-not only that I am unable to make a U turns without my steering wheel locking and my car making this awful squeal. This is the most DISHONEST and UNDER HANDED place I've ever been to. I don't know if the other reviews are paid because my experience was not a 5 star experience, it wasn't even a half star. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE HERE

Company refuses to honor it's warranty. Their mechanic improperly installed a transmission and they charged to fix his errors. I recently brought in a friend's Nissan Altima to have the transmission replaced and had it charged to my AAMCO Credit Card account. After picking the picking up the auto, the starter made a grinding noise when attempting to start the vehicle. Believing this to be a separate problem I took it to my regular mechanic. He stated that the problem was the screw in the transmission mounting was improperly installed and was causing damage to the starter. We had the car towed to their shop. The manager "Charlie" informed us that since another mechanic looked at the vehicle they would not honor the warranty. This is unacceptable because without having a third party inspect the vehicle how would they be found at fault. It is all around bad business to allow your employees to perform substandard work, and even worse practice not to fix the problem when it does occur.I currently have an open complaint with the better business bureau about the matter.

After keeping my truck 2 weeks longer than they were suppose to, the owner lying to us over and over (He's waited on parts for over a week, then he told us that he got the parts in one day, being told it would be finished next Thursday, then next Thursday, next Monday or Tuesday, then they called and said it's done on Tuesday but still running rough like when i brought it There, was told i needed a ecm (which i purchased a used one and brought to them, they later said it didn't work and that mine was just a wiring problem down by the transfer case that they found and fixed....AFTER the engine was back in?!?!) They supposedly spent all day on Tuesday going over everything (i was in the parking lot for over an hour and no one was near my truck, They were just standing around and then pretended to look at a vehicle that was just dropped off by a wrecker) then finally on Wednesday they said it's done. After i picked it up the service engine soon light came on about 20 miles later, the air doesn't work due to them ripping out and breaking a connector (prior to bringing my truck to these ripoffs, the air was PERFECT), the crankshaft sensor connector was also ripped out and broke BUT BARELY ZIP TIED BACK TOGETHER (so poorly that the zip tie came off...that's how we found out, it wouldn't start) and it's leaking fluid out of a line near the radiator. We called the owner and explained all of this only for him to say "well didn't They zip tie it?" SO HE KNEW THAT THEY BROKE THE CONNECTOR, ZIP TIED IT AND HE NEVER SAID A WORD TO US ABOUT IT!!! And he told us to call back on Monday. I have kids and this guy doesn't even care if we get stranded or anything. I Now have to replace over $200 in parts for their carelessness and negligence. They supposedly spent an entire day going over the work they had done but somehow missed the a/c connector that is broke and just hanging there (that my husband found in 2 minutes) and the leaking fluid?! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! THEY ARE AS SHADY AS THEY COME!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID THEM TO FIX MY TRUCK, THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING!!

Good day, I stopped at the Brandon Olin Mott location on 8.11.2018 at about 9:05 AM for an oil change and an auto inspection. When approaching the front, I was met by an employee who identified himself as ‘Neil’. The manager. He didn’t greet me with a hello but instead, asked – What do you want? I explained that I was in need of an oil change on our 2016 Ford Focus and could leave the car if need be. He quickly explained that he closed at 12:00 PM. He stated that he was way too busy to do an oil change and suggested several other oil change places near the Brandon Olin Mott store. These included Goodyear, Pep Boys, America’s oil change, Firestone and 5-minute oil. I was astonished that not only did he not want to help us – He rattled off 5 competitors. I even restated that I could leave the car if need be. I asked if Olin Mott had so much business that he could / would turn me away? He became agitated, raised his voice and re-stated – “I said I don’t have time to do an oil change – Do you understand”. He stepped rather close to me and I actually felt threatened by him. I asked him to back-off which he didn’t do, so I backed up and retreated to my car. I can’t understand why Olin Mott would even employ such an on-the-edge individual. Do you have so much business that you send customers to the competitors? Rest assured, and thanks to Neil, I will never go to an Olin Mott store again. I did go to one of your competitors that day, Firestone where I was greeted with a smile and had my oil change / car inspection done in about 30 minutes.
