It truly shows that they value their customers. They treated us like a priority throughout our repair process where we were clearly informed about all the repairs and always had open communication with the staff about any concerns. They were upfront and honest about all the expenses and didn't mind "inspections" from my husband...quite frequently. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful and patient. Thanks to everyone for always, always being so kind and caring to me and my hubby during our stressful time. Bravo! Customers for life! Nikki

From the lovely young lady at the front desk (I believer her name was Regan) to all of the techs... everyone was extremely polite and courteous! One tech (I believe Donovan, who is clearly a BMW expert), stopped what he was doing to test drive my vehicle. They did an electronic diagnostics for $90 that didn't turn up anything, but on the test drive he immediately became alarmed and turned back around to the shop. To make an even longer story a little short: I rented a car, left my car there (they have someone who will take you to the rental car co. if you need it; my rental car co came and picked me up) and not even 3 hours later they were calling me to tell me I could come pick up my car! Apparently there was a bad fluid build up between the drive shaft and the transfer case causing the jerking at low speeds and turning. They did a complete fluid flush of the transfer case (said my fluids were BLACK!) and then tightened up the shaft. They advised that I do another fluid flush in two months and prepare to replace the transfer case if that doesn't work. Drove the car for a few hours and so far I can barely feel the jerking! I was told I may feel mild versions of it when turning the vehicle, but so far it's been great. Only problem now is , my car is pulling hard to the right so I may have to go back to Henry's to get an alignment before I hit the road home! What a vacation??
