Collision Repair
Excellent Customer Service! Excellent quality of work! Excellent experience at Jimmy's! It truly shows that they value their customers. They treated us like a priority throughout our repair process where we were clearly informed about all the repairs and always had open communication with the staff about any concerns. They were upfront and honest about all the expenses and didn't mind "inspections" from my husband...quite frequently. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful and patient. Thanks to everyone for always, always being so kind and caring to me and my hubby during our stressful time. Bravo! Customers for life! Nikki

Collision repair
If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This place does horrible service. The customer service is just as bad. Had to refuse to take my car twice due to poor workmanship. Going to pick my car up this afternoon and contact an attorney. There is dirt in the paint and it looks worse now than when I dropped the car off. It was minor damage due to a collision with a deer. I was told that my car was just one of those that was just too hard to fix. Nothing has been lined up like it was supposed to be, and I was told that they painted extra on my bumper as a courtesy. A courtesy that left my bumper looking worse than when I brought it in, even with the damage from the deer. I would not recommend anyone go to this place, unless you want to be ripped off and treated like crap.
