My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

I searched everywhere to find someone I could trust. Tons of questions and costs for things to be repaired or replaced. All this was because of a prior visits to another place who just looked at it and told me it needed a new transmission. When I finally contacted Engines and Transmission I felt by just talking to them I was at the place I needed to be. They took the time to answer questions, they picked up my vehicle, they called me at different steps to inform me of what they found. I went from thinking that I was going to have to replace/rebuild my transmission to items that were done in a much faster time and what was really needed. Living on a budget and worried about the cost...........I can not thank them enough for being so helpful, kind and considerate. I will return for checkups on a vehicle I had only had for 5 months and knew nothing about - but now I do. To everyone at Engines and Transmission but especially Ashley, Kate and Jason.. To Ashley Butler of 410 S.Dale Maybry ICE COLD AIR discount auto repair shop. I would just like to say how well she runs her bussiness and cares about her customers. I had a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder with a blown motor so I purchased one from a company that sells used motors and had Ice Cold Air do the installation,The can very goord for a month and then a feantw minnor problems occ likelyured, like an antifreeze leak which Ice Cold Air attemped to fix each time I had the car brought back. Then I had an oil leak which was most likely coming from the rear main seal which meant dropping the transmission which is a big job. So the reason I am writting this retraction is because I bad mouth her shop about not fixing the leaks when the car was brought back which ICE COLD AIR did every time the car was brought back and the oil leak I can ubderstand 10 hours of labor which the manager said if it's the rear main seal he would reimburst me for the labor. When my x-wife brought the car back to ICA cause she saw oil and antifreeze kind of leaking together and the manager tells her she needs to leave the car or it might cause more problems, you leave the car and not say I can't cause I need itthen;s your on your own if something like over heating occures and the motor seizes then it's notthe fault of the repair shop it's your fault. See I didn't know my X bruoght the car back for that problem and she was afraid to call and tell me this or my son and le Coldet my son drive 40 miles the next day I would of told her to leave the car right there and this never would of happened. To Ashley Butler I'm sorry I wrote the thing's I did about Ice Cold Air and only can say that Ashley Butler of ICE COLD AIR at 410 S.Dale Maybry runs a trust worthly repair shop and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go there for any type of repair work and I hope this can be posted for bad mouthing your bussiness for not knowing the facts. As a as a former Marine honoring integrity is what us boys stand for! Without being said the two business owners and son are not in this for the money they're in this to help people that's who they are they all have honor and integrity. Pep Boys gave me an estimate to fix the front end in the same manner that one stop gave me an estimate for, Pep Boys estimate 738 dollars one stops estimate 166 dollars. Just to let you know I'm a mechanic and I used to own the shop before I became disabled, I also live in Land O Lakes and I won't bring my car anywhere else and Land O'Lakes is about 30 miles away

My car started overheating and I googled the nearest shop . I took my car to them and it was just a radiator Hose that got busted. They replaced it in no time and within the hour I was on my way to work , this is great shop

I had my fuel pump rebuilt last May 2011 and brought it back 2 times because it did not run long would shut off and we could not get it restarted over and over again. I had the fuel inj's done as well, then this June 2012 it faild once again, they would not fix it with out charging me once again!! I spent over $1200 dollars the first time the 2nd time back they said nothing was wrong with it, the third time back I was charged over $400. and then 6 mo later my pump went bad and one inj was shot... They said it would not cost less then $800. to start.!! I sent the pump and inj to Willams Diesel in Ocala Fl and the job they did was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! the pump looked like it came off the shelf brand new!! wow ,,, I would never of thought it was mine it looked brand new.... and a good price as well.!! The people at Willams said that it didnt look like anything was done in it it look so bad !

CONSUMER BEWARE!! On 7/17/23 I took my car in for AC repair, rear suspension, transmission & brake fluid exchange. Although Roger, the owner, agreed to perform the work for a set price. after most of the way done he refused to complete the work without additional payment because he under estimated the cost. Once I informed him I was unwilling to pay any additional money and I expected him to honor the agreement he would not return my vehicle after a week of excuses. My GPS tracking was disconnected after logged in 2:28 am driving. I called the Sheriff’s office to help retrieve my vehicle. I then went straight to the dealer who verified the work they charged me for(radiator replacement) was not the issue with the AC and was unnecessary. The replacement of the rear suspension airbags were installed wrong and damaged. They removed all my engine cover fasteners, removed my community I’d tag from my windshield and left my car filthy. CONSUMER BEWARE!!

These people are well known in the vw community for over charging on parts & service.I am a direct witness to people getting their vw back from fisher and have it run worse than when it was taken in,after paying some outrageous bill.Most people I know either won't go there for any reason or only out of shear desperation. They will core charge you for rods (like 5 bucks each)not that much money but when you're buying an engine it gets ridiculous. Then they charge extra for setting end play on engine which should be included in the price!
