went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no"

Visit 1: A test was done on the vehicle and we were charged $80 for it. As well $90 oil change was performed. Over the next week several lights inside of the vehicle turned on. We found a large volume of oil in our driveway. We returned the car to him. See Visit 2. Visit 2: Allen (the owner) admitted that the oil change was faulty. Allen stated that the oil filter was at fault. As well, Allen performed $300 in tests to figure out why the 'check engine' light was coming on - some of the same tests he performed the first visit. When our debit card was declined we asked if we could write a check - he said 'Make it out to cash.' The Next Evening - Car stopped running while driving home from work. Check engine light came on again. Had to spend $80 to tow it to the dealership (at this point we no longer trusted Allen or his competency with this vehicle). Spent $450 to replace the fuel filter - and do even more tests. Follow up visit to discuss: Went in to Allen to request my money back as the services we paid for he performed badly. Laid out the bill of the costs that we had to cover to manage the process. Allen offered $229 as a refund for his botched services, said take it or leave and said to sign a release form. When we said that wasn't fair and I showed him the below list of items that we felt he owned us Allen immediately called me a schmuck, told me to take him to court and raised his voice. One of his employees called the police on me. Cops came and said there was nothing to do. $80 Original incorrectly read scan. $95 - oil change refund that Allen admitted to screwing up. $275 - three scans which were run because Allen's oil change screwed up our car and because Allen couldn't figure out what was wrong. $80 - Price we had to pay for the car towing. $105 - Four hours of our time that we had to waste going back to Allen's shop in three different visits. I put in an appointment request after closing hours last night, and they had the part ordered and ready for me to have installed today! I showed up, they got me right in, and turned my car around in less than 30 minutes! They were all very nice, knowledgable, and very skilled in their craft! I'd recommend them any day!

My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

Mark has been taking care of my 2006 Acura MDX for about 6 years and has done a fabulous job. He is very thorough, honest, and charges a fair price. He only does what has to be done and lets you know if he sees any issues that you need to keep an eye on. I trust him more than the Acura Dealerships in the Miami, Florida area.
