Headlights would sporadically just go out. Not good. Mechanic tested everything and found the problem. He replaced a defective part that is known to malfunction in the make and model of my vehicle. Everything is now fine. Once again, Edison Auto has not just met, but exceeded my expectations and at a fair and reasonable price. They never try to push unnecessary repairs. This is a fair and honest localbusiness with the latest diagnostic computerized equipment.

Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

I made an appointment on Saturday showing an 8:00am appointment available on Tuesday. Received call and email this morning (Monday) that that time was not available. If the system had not let me make the appointment I would have made another with someone else. 3 days of time now lost.

I have been going to Pine Island Auto Care for over two years now. A neighbor friend told me about them and I liked what she said. So far, they have worked on 2 cars, a Diesel truck and a diesel motor home for me. On every occasion I have been most pleased and pleasantly surprised by their prices and quality of work. They charged me a small fraction of what the RV dealer did for the same services and repair, plus they actually warranty their work. While I no longer own the motor home, I still have my other vehicles serviced at Pine Island Auto Care. They continue to treat me much better than I was accustomed to elsewhere and they even give me a ride home, if I need to leave a vehicle off. I have told my friends about this shop and so far, everyone has only positive things to say about them. Very Professional and Reliable, at reasonable prices. Who could ask for more? I found an add in the coupon book for a 39.00 Front End alignment. I thought I would take advantage of the deal. I was explained up front that was for a basic front end alignment. They took me right in and found I had a bad tie rod end. They showed me the part, gave me a price right up front. Kurt the Manager was great.
