Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. Top notch, professional, and very competitive, Roman performed the work with quality material and on time as promised. He also made small cosmetic repairs at his expense, that is the kind of service that was common years ago (perfect coustomer service). My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

If you need your vehicle detailed then look no further than Elite Mobile Detailing. I had a truck that had been sitting for over a yr. After Elite Detailing was done with it, all I can say is WOW!! It looked like a new truck. Was on time & very professional. A++

Every time I go to Paul Mancini for service on my 2001 Cadillac SLS, he is thorough and fair. I have had new tires put on, A/C fixed, Oil Changed. Paul always has helpful advise to save me money and always tells me what I should do next on my 11 year old car and what I can put off a little while longer. I have been going to them since 2009. I absolutely love and trust them and would highly recommend Mancini's on Old 54, in New Port Richey!
