I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! I came to Exquisite after viewing others clients' 5-star reviews. I was not disappointed. When I indicated the front desk associate the reason for my visit, she immediately spoke with her superior and asked a technician (who had not yet gone to lunch - it was,in fact,lunch time), to come out and look at the misaligned front bumper of my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350. Without any delay, he brought out the necessary tools and immediately loosened and realigned the bumper. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Staff, and the thorough knowledge and skill of the technician. If there were a higher than 5-star rating for this enterprise, I would not hesitate to select it. Very highly recommended and thoroughly satisfied with the service. Thank you!
